These Terms & Conditions govern your use of navtana.com and any purchase made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Products

NavTana sells genuine Indian heritage weaves in handloom and powerloom fabric, including but not limited to sarees, suit materials, and dupattas. Because many of our pieces are handwoven, slight variations in weave, color, and pattern between the product photo and the delivered piece are natural characteristics of handmade textiles — not defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. NavTana does not store your card or banking details.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. You may request cancellation before the order has been shipped by contacting us directly — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photographs, the NavTana logo, and written descriptions — is the property of NavTana and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

NavTana is not liable for delays or issues arising from courier/delivery partners once an order has been handed over for shipping, beyond what is covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
